We will handle returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges in accordance with applicable South African consumer-protection law.

We will not use these Terms and Conditions to remove or reduce a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

For certain beauty products, hygiene and health considerations may affect whether an opened or used product can be returned, subject to the customer's statutory rights and the circumstances of the transaction.

For hair products, cosmetics and other personal-use products, customers should contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

The CPA establishes consumer-protection standards and regulates consumer transactions and unfair business practices.
